Model issues and repair guidance

Begin with manual airflow checks even though floor detection changes brush speed. If the hose and body remain strong, inspect the roller, head channel, and base connections before the sensor circuit or main control board. The sonar-controlled base changes roller speed by surface, so compare operation on a known hard floor and carpet only after cup, sealed filter path, wand, and brush chamber are clear.Verify hose and body suction first; poor floor pickup with sound airflow points to roller, head channel, and base controls. After clearing cup, filters, wand, and brush chamber, compare floor-sensor behavior on known hard floor and carpet.
