Model issues and repair guidance

Detach the hand body to compare direct suction with the swivel floorhead. Weakness in both modes starts at the cup, filter, and shared inlet; normal handheld pickup with poor floor cleaning moves to the pull-out roller, head neck, and electrical contacts. Confirm every latch after reassembly. A whole-machine no-start or short runtime should be checked after cooldown at the battery, charging connection, power switch, controls, and motor.Compare detached handheld pickup with the swivel head. Shared loss starts at cup, filter, and inlet; floor-only loss stays with pull-out brush, neck, and contacts. Test battery and charging after cooldown.
