Model issues and repair guidance

Use any panel icon to distinguish a blocked bin, pipe, or suction opening from a stuck brush or missing filter. The dual-roller floorhead needs each roller and its shared neck checked independently; normal direct body suction keeps the fault in that head. Clean and dry the bin and micro filter fully, then allow a stopped head or body to cool before testing the rear battery, charger, power button, controls, or motor.Follow panel icons through bin, filter, pipe, and suction opening. Check both rollers and the shared head neck separately; after airflow and cooldown, test rear battery, charger, controls, and motor.
