Model issues and repair guidance

Use the twelve-foot hose and the fifteen-inch nozzle as two test points. Strong hose suction with poor carpet pickup directs service to the stop-brush control, lower duct, belt, roller ends, and seven-position height setting; weak suction at both points moves to the drop-out bag, inlet and exhaust filters, hose, and door seal. Read the system-check lamp only after those items are seated. A silent frame then follows cord, switch, wiring, and motor.Compare twelve-foot hose suction with the wide nozzle. Strong hose pull isolates stop-brush control, duct, belt, roller, or height setting; weak pull moves to drop-out bag, filters, hose, and door seal. Read the check lamp after seating them, then test cord and switch.
