Model issues and repair guidance
Check the floor selector and release the wand from its stored upright position before calling the premium nozzle dead; both settings can intentionally stop its roller. If the reset trips again, clear the swivel inlet and roller ends, then inspect the Poly V belt, head motor, handle switch, and wand contacts. Weak suction on every tool shifts back to the HEPA bag, filters, hose, and suction valve, while intermittent mains power adds the twenty-five-foot reel.Confirm carpet mode and lower the stored wand before testing the premium nozzle. A repeat reset directs service to swivel inlet, roller ends, Poly V belt, head motor, switch, and contacts; tool-wide suction loss moves to HEPA bag, filters, hose, and valve.
