Model issues and repair guidance

A red nozzle light means the Hall sensor detected a brush jam, so unplug, free the wooden roller and inspect its replaceable strips before resetting. Pickup then depends on the base opening, fan chamber and self-sealing bag rather than a hose it does not have. For intermittent power, distinguish the two-speed handle switch and long cord from thermal protection caused by restricted direct airflow.Treat a red nozzle light as Hall-sensor jam protection: free the wooden roller and inspect its strips. Then check base opening, fan path and bag; no hose applies. Separate the two-speed switch and cord from a thermal airflow shutdown.
