Model issues and repair guidance
Wrong manual height can mimic a nozzle fault, so set the dial before testing brush agitation or belt drive. Compare airflow at the floor inlet and detached hose to decide whether to inspect bag and filters, wand bends, or the base opening. Dust at the bag door calls for bag and filter seating. If a cleared machine remains dead, follow outlet, cord, switch and motor-reset checks rather than replacing the brush system.Set the manual height dial before brush or belt diagnosis. Compare floor-inlet and detached-hose airflow to locate restriction, and inspect bag-door seating for dust leaks. After clearing airflow, a dead unit follows outlet, cord, switch and motor-reset checks.
