Model issues and repair guidance
If tool suction falls first, remove the rear hose and test each wand section before disturbing the floor nozzle. If both tool and floor pickup are weak, replace a loaded bag, seat the filters and secure the bag door; dust leakage can come from that fit. A nonturning roller follows carpet-button, brush-strip and lifetime-belt checks. No-start work then isolates cord and breaker from the rear thermal reset.Weak tools lead to rear hose and wand checks; weak pickup everywhere adds bag, filters and bag-door seal. For a stopped roller, inspect carpet control, brush strips and lifetime belt. Split no start among cord, breaker and thermal reset.
