Model issues and repair guidance
Record the exact battery indicator before removing the pack, then test charger seating, charge time and operating temperature. If the roller stops, clear the jam and inspect brush bearings before lifetime-belt service. This version has no mains power-cord branch.Record battery lights, then test pack and charger seating, charge time and temperature. Trace low suction through bag, filters, hose, wand and inlet. For a stopped roller, clear the jam and inspect bearings before lifetime-belt work; no mains cord applies.
