Model issues and repair guidance
Open the nozzle cleanout before removing the carpet base. If rear-wand suction remains strong, inspect cleanout, lower passage, belt, roller supports, bristles, and bottom plate; if wand suction is weak, inspect the top-fill bag, chamber filter, hose, bag-door seal, and inlet joint. A working headlight narrows a stopped brush toward its mechanical drive. With the roller free, no start is traced through supply lead, foot switch, protector, fan, and motor.Open the nozzle cleanout, then compare wand suction. Strong pull isolates lower passage, belt, roller supports, bristles, and plate; weak pull points to top-fill bag, filter, hose, and door seal. A lit headlight narrows brush trouble. No start follows cord and foot switch.
