Model issues and repair guidance

Follow debris from the slim nozzle through the hollow handle into the soft bag. A full liner, blocked handle elbow, loose bag coupling, or leaking collar can cut airflow before the direct-air fan is blamed; carpet-only loss adds belt tension, roller ends, bristle height, and plate fit. A rattle remaining with the belt removed belongs to fan or motor. With no hose fitted, a silent machine moves through plug, cord hooks, handle switch, terminals, and motor.Trace nozzle, hollow handle, liner, outer bag, coupling, and collar before the fan. Carpet-only loss adds belt, roller ends, bristles, and plate fit. Brush-free rattle points to fan or motor. With no hose branch, no start follows plug, cord, handle switch, and terminals.
