The silver two-speed Type 12 water body uses a matching PN-2E nozzle; diagnose the clear basin and rear neutralizer before tracing the electric hose. Verify the basin is filled and seated, then clean the separator and compare suction with the hose removed. That separates water-path restriction from body service. A quiet or stalled carpet nozzle then follows its belt, roller, electrical hose, and nozzle motor rather than the main motor.Checks start at the Type 12 basin and neutralizer, then move to the silver PN-2E head. Restore the basin-to-hose air path before body work; with suction present, trace a stopped nozzle through its brush, belt, wand contacts, and nozzle motor.
