This chrome-dome water power unit predates a rear HEPA neutralizer and uses an R-series nozzle, so do not add a filter repair that the body lacks. Verify the basin is filled and seated, then clean the separator and compare suction with the hose removed. That separates water-path restriction from body service. A quiet or stalled carpet nozzle then follows its belt, roller, electrical hose, and nozzle motor rather than the main motor.Diagnosis follows the chrome-dome basin and separator, with no rear HEPA stage, then the R-series head. Restore the basin-to-hose air path before body work; with suction present, trace a stopped nozzle through its brush, belt, wand contacts, and nozzle motor.
