Model issues and repair guidance

For weak airflow, remove the long hose and compare suction at the body before disturbing the motor. Good body suction puts the fault in a cuff, wand joint, or floor tool; weak suction keeps the tall bag, cloth filter, dome filter, exhaust doors, and cap seal in the branch. A machine that restarts after cooling needs that restriction resolved before the protector, carbon brushes, fan, switch box, or extension lead is replaced.Test at the body with the long hose removed. Good suction isolates cuff, wand, or tool; weak suction points to tall bag, cloth filter, dome filter, exhaust doors, or cap seal. Cooling-related restarts require airflow correction before electrical service.
