Model issues and repair guidance

If noise or pickup changes between the two belt-switch speeds, first keep the same clean airflow load for both tests. Clear the tool, wand, hose, bag, cloth filter, dome media, muffler, and exhaust route, then compare low and high again. A loose cap or cuff can change sound without a motor defect. Failure at only one setting directs attention to the two-speed switch and controls; failure at both adds cord, protector, fan, and motor.Compare both speeds only after clearing tool, wand, hose, bag, cloth filter, dome media, muffler, and exhaust. Cap or cuff leaks can change sound. One-speed failure points to switch and controls; both-speed failure adds cord, protector, fan, and motor.
