Weak vacuum pickup follows the floor tool, intake hose, top inlet, bag, cloth filter, dome media, and cap seal; weak blower output with normal intake points lower toward the exhaust cap, fan, or shroud. A motor that will not start is checked through the extension lead, short cord, switch assembly, thermal protector, brushes, and motor leads.Identify intake versus blower complaint first.
