Model issues and repair guidance
Note whether the upright is running from its rear pack or corded supply, then reproduce the fault in the other mode. Poor pickup in both modes directs service to the bag, lower duct, belt, brush ends, nozzle seals, and filters; failure in one mode isolates its supply path. With the roller free, cord trouble follows the lead and switch, while pack trouble follows charger, contacts, battery, and controller. Shared failure keeps the head motor and wiring in view.Compare corded and battery modes. Poor pickup in both points to bag, duct, belt, brush ends, seals, and filters; one-mode failure isolates that supply. Cord trouble follows lead and switch, pack trouble follows charger and contacts, and shared failure adds head wiring.
