Weak pickup should be traced through its floor opening, wand, hose, oval cup, filters, and cup seal before fan or motor diagnosis. For a cord complaint, confirm the lead travels freely before operating the top rewind control, then separate reel movement from electrical continuity.Compare hose-inlet suction with the wand and combination nozzle. Clear cup, filters, joints, and seals first; this suction-only head has no powered brush or belt circuit. The combination floor brush is straight suction, so exclude belt and powerhead repairs.
