Model issues and repair guidance

Separate the two-piece metal wand at both joints when checking a powered-head complaint. With canister suction intact, inspect conductor contact, nozzle roller, belt, overload path, and the four-level carpet setting before choosing head or motor parts. Weak pickup without the nozzle sends diagnosis back through bag, filters, hose, and canister seals, while the retracting cord remains a distinct mechanical and continuity test.Use hose-end suction to split body airflow from powered-nozzle trouble. Service bag and filters first; inspect roller, belt, settings, reset, and wand connections for head-only loss. Check both joints in the two-piece metal wand for airflow and conductor contact.
