Compare open-hose suction, confirm bag seating, then inspect both filters, wand, hose and floorhead. Cool a heat-stopped body after clearing its airflow path. Its electric carpet head adds a roller belt, head motor and conductors through hose and wand; isolate body suction from that circuit before replacing either assembly. For no power or poor cord return, isolate outlet, plug, cord, reel contacts and switch before motor work.Compare open-hose suction; check bag seating, both filters, wand, hose and floorhead, then let a heat-stopped body cool. Keep body airflow separate from the electric head, belt, motor and hose/wand conductors. Isolate outlet, plug, cord reel and switch for no power.
