Model issues and repair guidance
Match the four-position nozzle height to the carpet before treating poor agitation as a roller or drive fault. Next empty the cyclonic cup, dry the media filter and compare suction at the base and detached rear hose. The included pet turbo tool is air-driven, so its slowed brush may reflect tangles or restricted hose airflow rather than an electrical head. Cord, pedal switch and internal motor service remain separate paths.Set the four-level nozzle height, then inspect roller drive, cyclonic cup and dry filter. Compare base and rear-hose suction to locate restriction. The pet turbo tool is air-driven; separate its tangles and airflow from cord, pedal switch or motor faults.
