For no suction, confirm wall power, empty the large dust cup, clean and fully dry the filter, then inspect the inlet and unpowered floor nozzle for blockage. Dust escape points back to cup and filter seating rather than a belt because no driven roller is fitted. Hair around the floor-tool wheels can affect movement without changing motor airflow. Internal switch, cord or motor work follows only after those documented checks.Confirm power, empty the large cup, dry the filter and clear inlet and unpowered floor tool. Dust leakage calls for cup and filter seating, not belt work. Remove hair from tool wheels; leave switch, cord and motor service until airflow checks pass.
