Model issues and repair guidance

Test pickup at the handheld inlet before attaching the wand and LED motorized nozzle; that sequence separates cup or filter restriction from a tube or head fault. A dark light with a turning roller differs from a roller that will not turn, so inspect head wiring, end caps and obstruction separately. The large cup must latch and seal after cleaning. This corded stick has no battery, charger, hose or cord reel.Compare suction at handheld inlet, wand and motorized LED head. Separate a lamp-only failure from a stopped roller, then inspect head wiring, end caps and blockage. Latch the cup and dry filter; no battery, hose or reel applies.
