On this documented shared shell, verify belt engagement, brush projection and nozzle height before inspecting the crest-print cloth bag, fill tube, fan, nozzle throat and optional hose. A loaded cloth bag or damaged fan can reduce pickup without an electric head fault. For no power, test plug, cord, switch, carbon brushes and motor wiring; there is no Tech Drive or reel.
