Model issues and repair guidance
Begin with belt lifter, nozzle belt, brush setting, height and indicator. For weak pickup, inspect bag, fill tube, fan, nozzle, hose and seals before the motor. Clicking, drag or slipping in assist mode calls for N/D pedal, slide and linkage checks. Tech Drive is its own path, not powerhead or reel work. Confirm both rear pedal positions and slide return before drive teardown.Check belt lifter, belt, brush setting and nozzle height, then bag, fill tube, fan, throat, hose and seals. Treat clicking, drag or slipping as N/D pedal, slide and Tech Drive work—not powerhead or reel repair. Check both rear pedals and slide return.
