Use the clear belt-position window while checking belt-lifter engagement, belt condition, brush projection and nozzle height. Next isolate the external bag, fill tube, fan, nozzle airway, hose and seals. Electrical diagnosis is limited to cord, plug, rear switch, interlock and motor wiring; the direct-air chassis has no battery, cord reel or electric head.Use the clear belt window; check belt lifter, brush projection and height, then bag, fill tube, fan, nozzle, hose and seals.
