Model issues and repair guidance

Start at the bottom-empty cup, filter stack, hose joints, and floorhead inlet rather than assuming suction-motor loss. Compare hose suction with base pickup; if airflow remains but agitation stops, inspect roller drag, belt condition, and floor setting. Mains continuity follows only after blockage and thermal shutdown have been excluded. Inspect the wide cup's lower door and gasket before following weak pickup into the rear hose.Reseat cup and filters, clear hose and floor inlet, then free the brush and inspect its belt. Cool the machine with an open air path before testing cord, switch, fan, or motor. Inspect the wide cup's lower door and gasket before following weak pickup into the rear hose.
