Clear the foot-pedal hair-cutter slot after freeing the floor roller, since cut fibers can remain in its channel. Remove the hand unit from the silver lower frame: weak direct pickup leads to cup, filter, and body inlet, while normal handheld suction keeps the fault at the base airway, roller, or electrical contacts. Check charger and battery only after both sections are clean and correctly latched.Clear the hair-cutter slot after freeing its roller, then test the hand unit outside the lower frame. Direct pickup loss starts at cup and filter; base-only loss stays with airway, brush, or contacts.
