Use the removable hand vacuum to separate body pickup from the lower powered floor unit. This head does not contain the related platform's hair-cutter pedal, so exclude that mechanism and inspect the roller channel, base contacts, and shared inlet instead. Clear the cup and filter before comparing runtime, then reseat the hand unit at its charging connection before judging the battery, adapter, or controls.Test handheld suction apart from the lower powered head. Cup, filter, and airway come first, then roller and body connection; reserve battery and charger checks for a clear path. This head has no Stratus hair-cutter pedal, so exclude that mechanism.
