Model issues and repair guidance
Reseat the top-release dirt cup and work through its filter stack before comparing hose suction with the anti-wrap power nozzle. Normal canister airflow with a clean roller that will not turn directs testing through the nozzle drive and powered wand contacts. Weak pickup at both hose and head stays with cup seals, filters, shared airways, and hose; cord-reel travel should be diagnosed on its own.Divide the fault at the powered hose. Body loss starts at cup, filters, inlet, and seals; brush-only loss stays with roller, belt, overload, conductors, and head drive. Reseat the top-release cup and its filter stack before measuring hose airflow.
