Confirm the pod seats fully before battery, charger, switch, or motor diagnosis. Compare the detached pod with the lower anti-wrap head, then reseat the removable battery at the charge base. A lower-only fault stays in base airflow, roller, or contacts.Test the pod removed and docked. Use cup, filter, and shared inlet for both-mode loss; use base airway and floorhead for lower-only loss before cordless power work.
