Model issues and repair guidance
Free the anti-wrap roller ends and inspect the nozzle overload path before following a stopped head into the telescoping wand. The front bare-floor tool has no electric drive, so its pickup separates canister airflow from powerhead trouble. If that tool is also weak, service bag, filters, hose, and seals first; if only the carpet head fails, continue through its belt, contacts, and local drive.Use hose-end suction to split body airflow from powered-nozzle trouble. Service bag and filters first; inspect roller, belt, settings, reset, and wand connections for head-only loss. A stopped anti-wrap nozzle still needs its roller ends and overload path checked.
