Model issues and repair guidance
The front-stowed bare-floor brush provides a suction-only comparison for the anti-wrap power nozzle. If pickup remains at that tool, clear the powered roller channel, inspect its ends and overload path, and follow electricity through the telescoping wand; if pickup is weak everywhere, begin at bag, filters, hose, and seals. Diagnose the 24-foot retracting cord apart from either floorhead path.Use hose-end suction to split body airflow from powered-nozzle trouble. Service bag and filters first; inspect roller, belt, settings, reset, and wand connections for head-only loss. Keep the front-stowed bare-floor tool out of electric-head diagnosis.
