Model issues and repair guidance

Retest a head-only complaint at each of the four carpet heights so nozzle loading is not confused with an electrical failure. With body suction present, inspect roller freedom, belt, overload protection, and each powered wand joint before replacing the head drive. Treat the 26-foot reel as a separate mechanism: latch and return faults differ from loss of mains continuity through the extended cord.Check bag, filters, hose, wand, and seals, then compare hose suction with the electric head. Head-only loss moves to brush, belt, reset, conductors, and powerhead before body power. A head-only complaint should be retested at all four carpet heights.
