Model issues and repair guidance

For Error 36 or weak pickup, remove both rollers, clear cap and bearing areas and the vacuum path, then clean filter, bin sensors and evacuation ports. A clean top camera, cliffs, caster and equal wheel travel precede map or drive work. Base service depends on the fitted bin: a standard bin only charges, while the plus bin adds evacuation. If emptying fails while charge works, isolate contact communication, IR windows, bag, lid and tube.For Error 36, clear rollers, caps, airway, filter, sensors and evacuation ports. Clean the top camera, cliffs, caster and wheels before map work. Confirm the bin supports emptying; if charge works but evacuation does not, inspect communication, IR windows, bag, lid and tube.
