Separate a false full-bin light from pickup loss: dry the rinseable bin, tap the filter, wipe robot sensors and inner and outer ports, then clean paired rollers and their ends. Random-navigation checks continue at cliffs, bumper, caster and equal wheel resistance. For no charge, inspect battery seating, contacts, base power and alignment.
