Model issues and repair guidance
Treat the rear bin's two filters and sensor ports separately from brush pickup. Clean both filters and ports, then the bristle and beater brushes, yellow caps and metal shafts before closing the guard. Random navigation uses cliffs, bumper, caster and side wheels; Error 10 means one wheel cannot turn. For no charge, preserve beep or display state and test battery, contacts, Home Base power and alignment. No camera or evacuation dock applies.Clean both bin filters and ports, then bristle/beater brushes, caps and shafts. For Error 10, inspect cliffs, bumper, caster and equal wheel drag.
