Model issues and repair guidance
The bristle and beater brushes use yellow caps and bearings: remove hair from their shafts and close the guard before checking the AeroVac bin and filter. Random-navigation complaints start with dry cliff openings, bumper, caster and equal wheel resistance; Error 10 identifies a wheel that cannot turn. For no charge, preserve beeps or indicators, then separate battery seating from robot contacts, Home Base power and alignment. No evacuation or liquid dock is fitted.Clean bristle/beater brushes, yellow caps, shafts, guard, AeroVac bin and filter. For random navigation or Error 10, inspect cliffs, bumper, caster and equal wheel drag. Split no charge among battery, contacts, base power and alignment; no evacuation or wet system applies.
