Model issues and repair guidance

Start weak-pickup checks at the single bristle brush: lift its frame, remove hair beneath the end cap, clear the intake, then empty the bin and clean the filter. A failed return is different: wipe the LiDAR and cliff windows, compare both drive wheels, and verify the dock target. For charge or evacuation trouble, inspect metal contacts, dock power, the bag and blower path; only auto-empty packages have that last circuit. For weak pickup, clear the single bristle brush, end cap, intake, bin and filter. For missed docking, clean LiDAR and cliff windows and compare wheel drag. Check contacts and dock power; inspect the bag and blower path only on auto-empty packages.
