An anti-wrap roller can still bind at its ends or pack debris into the lower duct. Turn the single brush by hand, clear both end supports and the head inlet, and compare floor pickup with suction at the built-in wand. If both routes weaken, reseat the cup and filters and inspect the hose and common airway; if only the brush stops, keep diagnosis at the belt and nozzle before testing mains controls.Anti-wrap does not rule out packed end caps or a blocked lower duct. Free the single roller and compare wand with floor suction; shared loss starts at cup, filters, hose, and inlet, while brush-only loss stays at belt and head.
