Model issues and repair guidance

Open the clean-drop door and confirm the bag collar, chamber seal, and filter path before testing suction. Compare hose pickup with the floor base; if the hose is strong, inspect brush-shutoff position, five-height setting, nozzle duct, agitator ends, and belt. A bag-door problem is not a motor symptom. Once airflow is open and the unit cooled, trace a true no-start through plug, cord, switch, fan, and motor.Check clean-drop bag seating, chamber seal, and filters, then compare hose with floor pickup. Strong hose suction points to brush shutoff, height, duct, agitator, or belt before electrical work.
