Model issues and repair guidance

Separate a weak floor path from a weak attachment path by testing the telescoping wand and hose first. Reseat the cup and filters, clear each hose joint, then check the five-position height setting, nozzle inlet, brush freedom, and belt. A lead that will not store is a reel-and-pedal problem; a lead that cuts power while extended belongs to cord continuity, not the suction path.Test hose and wand apart from the floorhead. Clear cup, filters, joints, and nozzle, then inspect height setting, brush, and belt. Diagnose storage failure at the reel; diagnose moving-cord cutouts at the lead.
