Model issues and repair guidance
A floor-only complaint must account for two counter-rotating rollers, their end supports, and the shared nozzle channel. Check each roller for independent drag and clear the center transfer path before treating the drive as one failed assembly. If suction is also weak at the extension wand, move upstream to cup, filters, hose, and common inlet; reserve cord, switch, fan, and motor work for both routes.Check both counter-rotating rollers and the shared center channel separately. Normal wand suction keeps the fault in the nozzle or drive; weak wand suction moves to cup, filters, hose, and common inlet.
