Model issues and repair guidance
Use the status display and quick-release wand to divide a floor-sensing complaint from whole-machine airflow. Clear cup, filters, hose, wand, and shared inlet; if attachment suction remains, inspect lower duct, brush freedom, belt or head drive, and the exposed floor-sensor area. A surface-dependent brush change is not automatically a motor fault. Cord, switch, board, fan, and motor follow only after mechanical checks.Read the display and compare quick-release wand with floor pickup. Shared loss starts at cup, filters, hose, and inlet; floor-only loss stays with duct, brush, drive, and sensor area before board or motor.
