Model issues and repair guidance
Extend the built-in nozzle fully and inspect its narrow elbow before opening the body. Weak pickup then follows the short cup inlet, filter, separator, and lid seal; compare suction with the upholstery tool removed so a tool blockage is not mislabeled as motor loss. Once that path is clean and the unit has cooled, check underside battery seating, charger status, switch response, and pack runtime. No upright belt or powerhead applies.Clear the pull-out nozzle and elbow, then cup inlet, filter, separator, and lid seal. Compare pickup without the upholstery tool; after cooldown, test underside battery, charger, and switch. Exclude belt and floorhead work.
