Remove the cup and cyclone separately, checking each seal before an airflow test. Add the wand and powered nozzle one at a time. Two exact owner threads separate a broken internal head belt from bearing-and-housing damage after hair reached the roller receptacle; inspect both paths without inferring a failure rate. If every section stops, clear the filter and inlet, cool the body, then test battery, charger, controls, and motor.Separate cup, cyclone, filter, body, wand, and nozzle. With direct suction present, inspect roller ends, internal head belt, receptacle, and contacts; check whole-body shutdown after cooldown at battery and charger.
