Model issues and repair guidance

Use the clear brush window to confirm whether the roller stops while suction remains. Remove wrap at both end caps, inspect the belt and lower inlet, and check the swivel neck for a floor-only loss. If the removable handle and hose are weak too, work through cup seating, pre-motor and exhaust filters, hose joints, and seals before opening the fan or motor; trace whole-machine cutouts through the cord and switch last.Watch the roller through its window, then inspect end caps, belt, lower inlet, and swivel neck. Weak hose suction adds cup, both filters, joints, and seals; cord and motor checks come after airflow.
