Model issues and repair guidance

Detach the handheld body to establish whether weak pickup follows it or only appears through the wand and LED swivel head. Service cup, filter, and body inlet first, then clear the tube and head neck. If handheld suction remains, keep a stopped roller at its end supports, nozzle contacts, or pivot. After cooldown, a whole-body no-start proceeds through battery, charger, trigger, controls, and motor.Use the detached hand unit as the control. Clear cup, filter, body inlet, wand, and head neck; with direct suction present, inspect roller, contacts, and swivel joint before battery or charger.
