Model issues and repair guidance
A large cup can look serviceable while its filter or cyclone outlet is restricted, so empty, reseat, and inspect both before motor work. Compare telescoping-wand suction with the floor inlet; normal wand pull points to the four-position height setting, lower duct, roller ends, belt, or swivel joint. Weakness in both paths moves to hose seals and the shared airway, followed only then by cord, switch, fan, and motor.Reseat the cup and inspect its filter and outlet, then compare wand with floor suction. Floor-only loss stays with height setting, duct, brush, belt, or swivel; both-path loss adds hose and seals before power.
