Model issues and repair guidance
Confirm brush shutoff and carpet height before opening the wide nozzle. Clear the cup outlet, filter stack, telescoping wand, hose, and lower channel, then turn the roller to distinguish packed end caps or a belt problem from lost suction. Because the lead stores on hooks rather than a reel, failed retraction is not an applicable repair. Power that changes as the 30-foot cord flexes calls for plug and cord testing after airflow passes.Verify brush shutoff and height, then clear cup outlet, filters, wand, hose, and lower channel. Inspect roller ends and belt for floor-only loss. The hook-wrapped lead has no reel; flex-related cutouts stay with cord.
